The room is a little on the small size but very comfortable and clean. Nice pillows, comfortable bed and toothbrush, shampoo body wash. Great location. Will definitely come again. Perfect for an overnight in Brisbane

Clean and Good Location

Centrally located in the CBD. Close to shops and public transport. The room was very small and conversations from the room next door could easily be heard from inside my room. Air Con is quite loud when running. Overall, it’s a nice, clean hotel. The room was a bit small for my liking, but that was my mistake for not checking room size when booking. A $100 deposit was required when checking in. It was refunded promptly when checking out.

Property was ok. They warned about height of car park was trying to get in was extremely tight. Had to go and park in another spot. Wasn’t far but as it was later and dark and raining more difficult to carry luggage. Room were clean but you could hear our neighbours.

No access to air in the room...either stuffy and hot or freezing noisy air conditioning. Neither conducive to a good night's sleep. The position is unbeatable...we could walk to wherever we wanted to go. Clean, basic accommodation and hospitality.

The hotel is in a very convenient position. We only have debit cards so needed to wait during checkout to ensure funds could be reimbursed, which only took a few minutes. Most hotels simply put a pending payment in & take it off later.

I’m not picky and hardly ever leave reviews - from over 100 Expedia bookings I’ve left two reviews. The bathroom was tiny. I’m very small and there’s no way a larger person would be able to sit on the toilet without their knees against the shower door. We slept in and head out for the day around 10.30am. When we returned at 7pm the room hadn’t been cleaned (which I wouldn’t have minded if we knew that was the case but we piled the wet towels in the shower ready for housekeeping). I was just pretty unimpressed generally.

On the 7th floor, the built-in exhaust fan which ventilates the building and has no override control hummed all night, making for an interrupted sleep.

This place is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Luggage storage was secure and organized, and helped out so much when I was on a foray. What makes the hotel exceptional is the staff.
