Carpark is down a super narrow alleyway. We had to dodge a few homeless people and noisy drunks to get down there. Once we finally maneuvered the car down into the carpark (make sure you haven’t hired an SUV like we did if you stay here!) it was easy enough to check in. Room was tidy enough however the walls are paper thin so we could hear every word the people in the next room were saying and the horror movie they were watching. The pipes(?) were also incredibly noisy. I’m glad we were only staying for one night!!
Lovely clean room, friendly staff and close to a convenient store. Also close to Roma Street station, shopping, all forms of transport and entertainment.

Great central location for exploring Brisbane
A pleasant hotel in a great location. It was my first visit to Brisbane, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit.
Our twin room was small with minimal storage space, but fine for a two-night stay.
I booked breakfasts to be included, expecting that there would be a buffet arrangement. Instead you are given a voucher to use for a choice of set breakfast option, and one small drink.
Hotel is ranked as a 4*: I would agree in terms of location, but for other facilities this would be a 2* to 3* in my opinion.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Cafe bar has fabulous food and service

Okay hotel in the Brisbane city center
We planned to stay in the hotel longer but ended up staying only one night because of the cyclone Alfred. First the good - location - very close to the Central Station. There was a lot of restaurants nearby. Mind you many were closed due to the weather. Now, not so good - the toilets were making fairly loud noises - I mean our toilet and when someone else was using one in a different room. Not a nice feature in the middle of the night.
Our first allocated room wasn’t very big & had no view other than a building’s side brick wall & had a huge pillar in the middle. Upon requesting a better room, this was still a similar size but at least we had views across the building & no pillar! It was great having a restaurant - Frankie & George - linked to the hotel reception area although it was closed on our first day, Sunday. Great location to walk to most places including the Queen St main shopping area. Would recommend for its great location & provided you don’t mind small, although clean, rooms.

Property was clean. Bathroom could be improved, shower took ages to drain and not much room to put your toiletries. Also the onsite parking was very dodgy, you had to go down a very narrow alleyway which was not easy to find and was not explained properly by the front reception.

Noise from rooms next door:ridiculous. Shower no hot water no pressure. For $160 & room not even 2 mtrs wide. Would not recommend.
