Central, small basic room which was neat, clean & perfect for short stay. Good security. Bathrooms good, though floor felt slippery as shower water splashed out. Little kitchen good for making tea & basic cooking. Liked the idea of sharing food left by other travellers rather than binning it! Noise was from road outside as hotel is at traffic lights junction of busy road. However a bag of ear plugs was left out at reception - a nice touch. Would definitely recommend K2 Arran as a good priced option close to Brisbane city centre & some pleasant parklands

Very helpful staff made for a welcoming and relaxed stay. The facilities gave me all I needed, and more. The location is connient and very close to the City. Although at the intersection of two very busy roads, there was no intrusive traffic noise.

The good: - Andrew @ the front desk was friendly, quickly helped me with the entrance gate, door, & getting my suitcase upstairs, always pleasant & great to chat with - Room & facilities were clean & well kept - Clean bedding AND complimentary towel ❤️ - A couple of snacks, 2 water bottles, & nearby food recommendations - Personal fridge & microwave in each room - Bedside table, desk, & clothing organizer 👌 - Power strip by bed & desk - Bedroom doors close quietly - Conveniently located at the entrance of Roma Parklands so Roma Station is easy to get to - 5 full bathrooms per floor The bad: - A bit noisy during my stay due to the construction on their next door buildings - Bathroom doors close loudly

Brillaint place to stay regarding area and helpful welcoming staff. Unfortunatly they are doing renervations on the property so it was very noisy from 7am till around 5pm so I was unable to sleep in or relax in my room and the showers were luke warm at best. However once the renervations are complete I would happily stay in this property again!

Nice place at a great value
Nice place, clean, friendly, nearby a beautiful park. There is a communal kitchen where you can cook. There were snacks and bottled water provided. The room is small but well equipped with a comfortable single bed. There is a washer and dryer you can pay with card to use. The bathroom is shared but there are plenty and all the little nice things make it really worth the savings. Highly recommend.

An excellent accommodation experience
I apologize for the late review. I stayed at K2 Brisbane for about a week, and I was extremely satisfied with both the bathroom and the room, which were very clean and new. The kitchen also provided free cereal and other items. The manager, Andrew, was verrrrry friendly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Brisbane. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Brisbane. There will also be more new rooms in the future!! Andrew, I wish you great business success!! BTW, I later met a Japanese girl on the Gold Coast who also stayed at K2. What a coincidence!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH, I had a great time there!!!
