The main kitchen being the hub of the home is located upstairs and features a large island bench, stone bench tops, Ilve oven and gas cooktop.
Seamlessly blending inside and out through glass concertina doors, the alfresco entertaining area takes in the built in BBQ area, manicured grass down to the sparkling inground pool. This area is flanked by mature potted plants offering a private sanctuary.

Guests have access to all areas except cleaners cupboard.
- We only take a maximum of 8 adults, no individual bookings.
- Must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay unless a family with children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

- we are API connected hosts so are permitted with airbnb to take external security bond, id and a signed rental agreement.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification.
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Booking tax notice: Starting August 16, 2023, A $30 booking tax is levied per booking to cover guest and identity validation
Please note: a pet fee of $33 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.
