Always a pleasure staying at Rambla Perry House. Staff were accommodating to our needs/requests. Clean and neat apartment which is our top priority. Only thing "negative" is that we were in a room located close to a construction site so it was rather noisy most of the time but it didn't bother me. Delicious and affordable Japanese takeaway nearby a plus!! Highly recommend.

Great modern self contained apartment Secure and safe property from front door to parking. Don’t be put off by the technology, once you get into the wifi and get the hang of it, it’s easy. Great location as it’s central to public transport and a short car trip to James St precinct & gasworks for supplies. Well planned property (for both residents and short stay ppl) and well run business

Our stay at Rambla was perfect for a couple nights. Apartment had eveything you needed. Rooftop pool was nice. Only thing we didnt like were the type of doors on the bedroom. Also electronic key pass on phone never worked so we ended up with phsyical keys which i recommend doing from the get go.

Check in was a bloody nightmare. Kept receiving emails saying I had to verify booking and pay bond when I had already done this. Could not contact anybody, luckily we got help from one of the cleaning ladies. TV was temperamental also the dishwasher. Iron had been dropped and smashed by previous occupier. Room was well appointed but could do with a decent clean, especially the sticky floor.

Enjoyed our stay at Rambla. Unit was generally tidy (abit dusty in cupboards). Comfortable beds, great shower. Only complaint would be toilet seat and wardrobe sliding door rubber were coming off. Would be nice if the unit was slightly bigger. It's located near a busy highway so if you are light sleeper or have young kids take note of this. We had no issues with it personally though. Heater works well in winter. Prices are competitive. We had no issues with their digital key but request for a physical key if that's preferred. Overall, wonderful place and will stay here again when visiting Brisbane 👍
