Stressful stay!
Such a shame to give a beautiful hotel a bad review but it was just one problem after another! No one on-site to talk to or get help from, which for my mother who was travelling on her own at 75 was extremely stressful!
I understand problems arise but when you come up with a solution it would be helpful if you followed through with the solution properly! Lot of wasted time on phone trying to get hold of someone to help!
Unfortunately won’t be booking this place again. Too stressful!
