The views from the roof top pool were great! I was able to enjoy the sauna and views of the city in the evening. I was surprised that there was housekeeping during our stay, but enjoyed it. There was a washer/dryer combo as well which was very nice for us to have clean clothes at the end of our trip. There are two fobs so you have to be attentive to which one you enter the code or the lift won’t work to the floor you’re trying (one is the roof only and I didn’t realize it so I would sit there for 20 seconds before I realized why I wasn’t moving). I also didn’t see the lift when I went into the parking garage so I had to walk out the way we drove in with luggage which isn’t terrible. It is a tight turn when entering the parking area to go down to the parking area though. It is about a 10 min walk to a Cole’s to get groceries and a few different stores. But there is McDonald’s and kfc and 7/11 not far. Overall I would stay here again.

The property us wonderful. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The bed is terrible and super hard. Stayed 4 nights and it took 2 days to get someone to understand my request to help make the bed softer. They dont have toppers or thicker mattress protectors. They did end up putting blankets on but that was after i complained 3 times. Housekeeping is NOT the problem. They are lovely. Its the customer service staff on the app or phone call that never got it right. Email is best but I still had issues there. Communication overall is terrible. Dont think we'll stay there again next visit to Brisbane but if you like rock hard beds, the place is great and has a fantastic view of the City abd Gabba.

Carpark is really really bad. The swipe machine needs to be moved. The washer dryer combo needs a manual with it, the Beds were not the best but that's okay, Otherwise 5 star. So clean, brand new, no fuss, really enjoyed my stay.

Would stay again as the building was well located and had all the amenities - just a shame we were not able to enjoy our visit to Brisbane due to Cyclone Alfred - but the communications around it and safety from Rambla excellent! And happy we had to hunker down in an apt vs hotel room.

Great place and a great price right next to Gabba
Everything brand new, clean. Communication is good and over text advising how to enter using digital key. Digital key is useful but takes a bit longer than what a keycard would do but still pretty cool. Make sure you remember the pin though just in case the key doesn’t work. Rooftop pool, spa and barrel sauna is a great too. Spa wasn’t working when I was there.

Technology used in property is flaky. Bluetooth scanning for main door, elevator and rooms regularly require multiple attempts to gain entry. The configuration of the Chrome Cast for in room entertainment hasn't worked successfully without a restart since day one. I also feel the tech company supporting this property may be less than skilled so this adds to the challenges to resolve. I have stayed here for 3 weeks and have had to call multiple different numbers to resolve multiple issues. I was offered a half night accommodation free for all my troubles but asked the management team to just fix the issues. Lets wait and see if they get better this week. Also of note: Dont trust the QR codes on the t.v. they point to a different website from the displayed target which is a security issue.

Beautiful apartment and great location. The only thing I could pick at was the keyless system was a bit clunky and hard to use. Also trying to communicate for help was near impossible. Cannot fault the stay though
