Seaholme is a very nicely presented 3 bedroom beach house located one street back from the Cowan Cowan beach and old war bunkers. In a quiet location this home boasts plenty of room for up to 8 guests. Deck front and back, bbq, good sized lounge area, kitchen and good sized bedrooms. Good sized family home for everyone to enjoy. The laundry is separate downstairs with an outdoor shower. This home will not disappoint, it has been looked after and is very well presented with everything you will need to 2 nights or 10 nights.
Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
Make yourself comfortable in your vacation home, which features a refrigerator. There's a private patio.

Perfect location
Great location close to the beach. House is on tank water, fans, washing machine etc but beds are quite uncomfortable and a few broken, unclean bits and bobs. Easy process. Would stay again as price is appropriate.

great location and size of property, we really enjoyed Cowan Cowan. the beds could be a little more comfortable and found some item's in the kitchens cupboards that's could use a deep clean but overall we were happy with our stay.

Spacious house with fireplace and interesting interior decorations
This house sleeps easily 9 people and has a nice fireplace to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The house is full of interesting interior decorations and has a nice big back deck with BBQ. The only downside was that the kitchen pantry was locked and there wasn’t much storage space available in other kitchen cupboards.
