The room was in good condition except the phone did not work the 4 days we were there we could not call reception after complaining three times one of the staff members an asian female just smiled, we found out later it was because the 3rd highest asian was staying there I think it was a poor excuse and they should have advised us that there was going to be limitations on the building due to this member of parliament visiting. Sorry but asians are very loyal to there own race but when it comes to Australians were they live they have very little respect I don’t appreciate how they handled the matter by just ignoring the situation. This did not solve my problem

Special Place to Stay in Brisbane

Very clean hotel but showing signs of wear in some areas however still a special place to stay for us. Love breakfast. Plenty of variety and delicious food. Need bigger cups for my cup of tea tho! Staff lovely and helpful.

The property worked really well to explore Brisbane and the staff were really helpful. The food was good. My room was clean and did what I needed. the bed was comfortable. The property is looking a bit run down - my room was quite tired looking and old fashioned.

Was surprised with the level of cleanliness and staff for check in. Our headboard/nightstands were dusty and there was hairs in the lamp shade. The staff for the night bar area seemed miserable. Not what we expected for our honeymoon in a nice hotel.

This hotel was busy with rugby players which may have affected their service. Reception unhelpful and couldn't even be bothered to tell me my room was ready. Patio very dirty. Very comfy beds So nice hotel but service bad
