Booked table of 8 with a month's notice. When we arrived, told one and half hour wait if we ordered at bar and one hour if usingvthe App. Used the App and service still took over one and a half hours. Restaurant less than half full with sign at doorcrefusing any walk-ins. Dysfunctional staff, who clearly did not care very much for providing service.

Good size carpark around the building. Quick check on all information given Room was up a flight of stairs. Spacious room and bathroom too Bed is super comfortable Wifi excellent Shower was hot and powerful. The decor was rather drab and worn. Breakfast included Evening meal was at the Hungry Horse next to the hotel, great value menu and good choices available. Location on the outskirts of the village. Just off the M5 Would stay again if in the area

This is my go to as part of longer trips on my way home to Cornwall. I stay here because the staff are always lovely, the hotel is always clean and it’s not too far off of the M5.

Almost everything was perfect especially the staff bed spotlessly clean also slight t letdown but would not stop be going back and i can only vomment on our room thr carpet and chsirs needed a clean but that it.

wrong size plug for bathroom sink. the spotlight above desk constant flashing and piece of wood on floor doorway to Bathroom loose which is a trip hazard. all in room 2. but everything was all fine bed good TV good breakfast and evening meals were well cooked. so overall yes very happy for 2 nights. ideal stay to go to balloon festival in bristol.

Close to airport with amenities
The staff were very friendly, hotel situated pretty close to Bristol airport, although Sat Nav from Hotel to Airport initially took to a new housing estate full-de-sac. Hotel itself is quite tired and could do with a little modernisation, it appears to be a short stay hotel. Walls are quite thin and could hear next doors tv until quite late. We were on the ground floor and could also hear guests upstairs wandering around their room. Has a hungry horse restaurant on site which is very convenient. They also have a number of EV chargers on site, which is ideal for those who have an electric vehicle. Reasonably priced hotel, so perfect for those on a budget.

A rather tired hotel/pub where the staff worked well to do their best but there seemed too few of them. Reception did not seem to be manned to serve customers at times. Food ok, breakfast at 8am but did not open until 8:10-8:15 so had to miss breakfast on Sunday due to an early appointment. Bar ran out of IPA on Friday and Saturday.
