My room had ants and this was after I switched from the room that smelled like 10 dogs just slept for a week in there. Staff at the front desk was friendly, but unwilling to offer any suggestions or comp a room for having to put up with all the ants.

Your website says they are pet friendly but when you sign in it says NO PETs. There was a big black bug on the floor and something else unidentifiable. The breakfast is all carbs so if you need protein in your breakfast, choose another hotel.
