The hotel is extremely clean and decorated to a really pleasant colour scheme. The check in was super fast and easy and the staff were very friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future.

We stayed for a few days. The used glasses in the room were not replaced, neither were the refreshments. We prepaid for cocktails and a late checkout. When ordering our drinks we had to go back to Reception for them to confirm we had prepaid. When returning to our room on our last day we were locked out so we had to go back to Reception and wait to get it sorted and the Receptionist didn’t even acknowledge or apologise for the inconvenience. If they had this would have resolved it for us. We have stayed at the Clayton chain before, not impressed on this occasion.

Clayton Hotel is central to everything. Loads of great restauraunts in the surrounding streets and another selection of restaurants 4mins walk away in Harbourside area. Bristol Airport bus drops you off 4mins walk from hotel and costs £9 oneway or £15 return. Breakfast room was lovely, all tables nicely spaced appart. Good choice of items available and eggs can be cooked to order. All staff in the hotel were super friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel
Lifts were very slow and one was out of service on the morning of check out. The shower could do with an update. We ended up in an accessible room and there was rust on the floor of the shower. Staff were friendly. Very good location to explore Bath.
