An overnight stay for rest to final destination
AWe were not very happy with the hotel. The check in was quick as I had prepaid prior to arrival. The parking lot was full in front of our room so we drove around the hotel to the back and parked. The hotel had questionable people sitting in their vehicle or outside loitering. We arrived to our room and were not impressed at all. I can take a dated room but dirty is not exceptable. I won’t stay here again.

I want the manager to go and take a look to know how dirty the room is. The broken glasses, papers, and stuffs are all under the bed. Go move the bed and look at it. The bed comforter has remains of the previous guest or so like hair tangling on the bed sheets. The eyelashes were tangled on the wire of the bedside table phone. Didn’t sleep the whole night due to the condition of the bed. We sat on the couch and spent the night. Terrible

I wish the room just felt a little cleaner. Some trash was under the bed and the floor didn't feel very clean. Bed had a noisy mattress protector on it. Overall, a peaceful night's sleep, great water pressure, and no excessive outside noise. A Cracker Barrel is a short drive away.

Called this property at approximately midnight to ensure that I could get a room. Telling them I would be coming in late around 2:30 a.m. upon arrival they would not book me in my room and told me I missed the cutoff time. So I was left stuck out sleeping in the car

The room I was in 201 , I had issues breathing as I turned on the heater. I believe as most hotels seem to ignore is at some point the air conditioners/Heater needs to be cleaned out. Once I got out of that room I was ok and could breathe good again. Stayed there before in another room and did not have issues.

The Extended Stay in Bristol Virginia is a great place with it's cleanliness ,quietness and affordable rates.Traveling isn't always just becaus your going on vacation.and hard enough to deal with as it is .So when something happens unnounced we may need helpThis is s special thank you to Sandy she is one of the friendliest,curtious and willing to help with anything from check in to check out .The Exstended Stay in Bristol Virginia is blessed to have such a lady working for them.Do if you get down the Bristol Virginia area and need a rest take my advice this is the place to stay.Yoy will have a pleasant stay and leave revived and rest and don't be surprised if you don't leave with a few more friends than you had when you arrived because the staff hear will make you feel that way
