As a couple with a disabled traveller, we were so hopeful as this place appears to have a wonderful wet room. After 4 nights though, we were really quite disappointed. Regardless of disability. There is no mirror above the basin… the mirror is the other side of the room! No shelf or anywhere at all to put toiletries. Two of our 4 nights, the cleaners didn’t wash cups, glasses, make bed, replace supplies (toilet rolls, tea, coffee, milk) I had to go and ask. It has such potential, with hi-tech, but the advertised streaming to tv didn’t work, and I assumed it was me, but no, no one else was available who knew what to do until our last evening, when we had plans to be out. With just a few changes, we would have loved this place, perfectly situated near the M5. The staff that were there tried to help (apart from one or two) but I felt there was a lack of training, quality control on cleaning rooms, put a mirror over the basin, and a small shelf! If they can put £200 hair dryers in the rooms, please, just put a mirror where it’s useful!

The staff was great I didn’t like that the water machine didn’t work on our floor so every time I wanted a drink I had to walk with my bad legs shower kept turning on and off all through the night tv was turning on and off

The hotel looks very new. No lifts. No kettle in the room as there is a machine in the corridor for cold and hot water. This we found a little worrying as any unsupervised children (and believe me you do get them) could easily scold themselves if they decided to play with it, as the water was extremely hot. Shower was very good as were the supplied products . Beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size.

What a gem this hotel is, absolute value for money. Cant fault anything, staff lovely (they also make a mean cocktail!), rooms fab and so comfortable. Was a bit concerned about how close to M5 because of traffic noise, did not hear a thing from my room, great sleep. Ate at the diner for convenience and the food far exceeded my expectations. Would absolutely recommend and stay again in a heartbeat.

Modern designer motel stay at a reasonable price!
We love staying at Mollies Motel. A very good location, price, comfort modern stay. Which is affordable. Along with having Ev charging available. The staff are fantastic and small issue is dealt with efficiently. I look forward to be able to visit the next Mollies at Manchester when it opens!

This was the 2nd time staying at Mollies in Bristol. The hotel is modern but has a warm, friendly feels. The room was a decent size, clean and shower amazing. The staff are great too, friendly and very helpful. Easy check in/out helped make the stay enjoyable.

One night stay
A one night stay after the cinema night - rooms are comfy with simple decor. We had interconnecting rooms as we stayed as a family - our 14 yo son loved having his own space. The showers are lovely and handy to have quality shower gel/shampoo etc provided. (Sometimes the pumps need adjusting to get the product out!). Overall we love Mollies, we have stayed before and are likely to stay again.
