Ample room and quiet area good to rest. Only one thing to point there was only one towel for a room rented to 2 adults

It was a single room with shared bathroom, kitchen, rest area and garden. I never met the owner, but had very clear instructions, for key-safe etc, by email. The house was spotlessly clean and the room pleasant. No TV, but I had my phone with Netflix etc. A very reasonable price, and close to M5 for access to all parts of Bristol.

This was the worst place ive ever stayed in. I had a small room in a terraced house on a rough housing estate. The room needs painting & cupboard was broken. The lady didnt even come out the front room to say hi. The bathroom also needs upgrading. Doors didn't shut properly, so other people in the house had to slam them shut.

Very far away from town centre, no shops around, supermarkets a bit far away. No shower, and not even plug on the bath, just an old towel. Expensive, 50 per day, for that price you can book at Travellodge with toilet inside the room and in conditions, plus maybe breakfast included. The only good thing was ability to cook

The host did not respond to door bell, phone calls and voice mails from me and customer service agent. I was left stranded in the cold for about 2 hours and had to book another accommodation because my phone battery was already low and power bank was already used up. It was at the point Uber almost arrived to transport me to the newly booked hotel that the host then spoke to me through the door bell claiming to have sent me log in details when I used the chat box on Expedia which she didn’t. I was meant to check in on 24th April and out on 25th but received check in details via email on the 26th of April. I want a refund of my booking fee because I ended up spending extra to book an hotel.

Found self check-in key locker open (Anybody could have helped themselves with in or made copies) Room door did not lock from inside. Curtains did provide any privacy (had to hang my towel to cover up) Rude, noisy and obnoxious tenants. Property is very basic even for the price. This place is a joke. Would not recommend.

Chambre sale, comme lacuisine et la salle de bain. Les couverts sales rangés dans le tiroir sans être lavés, pas de papier toilette dans les wc, pas d éponge pour laver la vaisselle. Très bruyant, on entend les autres personnes logés dans les autres chambres. C'est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations.
