Dirty, stinking, smelly hovel, disgusting
Sadly I have stayed here previously and mistakenly booked again because of the new photos, it is a filthy dirty, disgusting run down hovel, with some of the staff, rude obnoxious and unhelpful, this is only some of them in particular the barman, the reception team and servers were lovely and incredibly helpful. Food was burnt and disgusting, I had to send the main course back, which was handy as they served a starter AND main at the same time, no care or interest in the crap being served from the kitchen The rooms are tired, hard beds, cheap pillows and an all round unpleasant place to be, bathroom is grubby and smelly, room smells and the breakfast, although edible was overcooked and tasteless, at least they didn't charge me for parking this time

Rooms were freezing Heater fixed to the wall did not work at all. Hotel staff could not provide a source of heat for us even when asked twice . Or change the room.
