This house is within walking distance to the SDSU campus, Art Museum, and it is extremely close the amenities of downtown Brookings.

The house has a fenced back yard, central air, wifi and two tvs with cable/roku. There is a small tv on the main floor living room, and a large tv in the basement living room. There is also an additional sink and toilet in the laundry room in the basement.

The parking spaces for vehicles are on the driveway, and there is room for 3 vehicles. Street parking is not available.

Please note that all of the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the upstairs level, and the rental DOES NOT include the detached garage.

We adored staying at this place! Wonderful location. Easy access to anything you need to get to in Brookings! Plenty of sleeping spaces/bedrooms. Along with plenty of parking space. We will be staying here again!!

A great place to stay!
This house has a great deck (with patio table & chairs) in a private fenced in back yard. Very lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The house is very charming with lovely original woodwork, built ins, cool old light switch "buttons". The kitchen is remodeled and very beautiful. Lovely dishes, glassware, coffee pot, all the kitchen necessities. Very convenient location for whatever brings you to Brookings. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again.
