We had an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site has late night dining options and a bar. Beautiful hotel and very clean. Loved this place!

Switched reservation when I got there - downgrade
The hotel itself was clean and there was no wait to check in which was nice. The issue that I had was when I booked the room I booked for a king sized bed since I was with my significant other. When I went to check in the associate (Michael?) said they didn't have any kings left so we were being downgraded to two queens. I let him know that. would like to speak to a manager since what I booked wasn't what they were providing and he said he would have one contact me. We are now three days out from our stay and no one has reached out. disappointed that my reservation was changed without notifying me until I got there and nothing was done to compensate for it.
