It's located in one of the most most popular suburbs of Broome only a few minutes drive to Cable Beach and the centre of town. The residence is comfortable, secure and set up with everything you'll need to relax and soak in the serenity of the Kimberley.

The flat features two bedrooms each fitted with a queen bed and wardrobe. All linen is provided including towels and beach towels for all. There is an open living and dining area with split system air-conditioning throughout.

The kitchen is well equipped with all appliances including microwave, fridge, four burner stove, oven and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, sandwich press, rice cooker, crockery, as well as tea, coffee and basic cooking essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Adjacent to the living area is a bathroom with separate toilet and laundry facilities. Free wi-fi is available with a smart TV and comfortable living space. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle and a boat/caravan.

At the rear of the flat is a beautiful, enclosed backyard for you to relax and unwind with bbq facilities and an outdoor setting. There is a storage cabinet in the backyard where you will find some basic beach essentials that you are free to utilise including beach mat, beach umbrella, camp chairs and beach toys for the kids. Take the family on an adventure to Cable beach, explore the rock pools, swim in the surf or simply relax in the soft sand.
