We really wanted to like this place - it’s a gorgeous, old stone chalet with great photos. Unfortunately, we were met by an unpleasant man who led us to a very small room that had a horrific smell. We tried to air the place out but it didn’t fix the problem. We asked about the smell, assuming that we be moved to a different room, but the man was irritated at our request and gave us a bottle of pine cleaner to pour down the sink drain...and that didn’t fix it. Also, we were bit by some unseen bugs all night.
The listing on Hotels.com indicates a bar and restaurant, but both are permanently closed. The nearest restaurant is about 20 minutes away.
This place is a sad iteration of what it should be. It’s such a stunning location and amazing building to be run so poorly that it makes what should be a great stay into a terrible disappointment.

Great property, looks amazing, fantastic location. The fact there is a (very clean) kitchen to use for all guests is great.

Great surrounding, amazing building, huge potential, but it can only be materialized if the rooms will be upgraded and if the staff will be able to communicate.
Aivan ihana paikka! Luonnon rauhassa ja kaikki palvelut kuitenkin lähellä. Lapset tykkäsivät pelata jalkapalloa. Tilat hyvässä kunnossa ja palvelu aivan ihanaa. Suosittelen!
Volvería a alojarme aquí.
