Delightful, Detached Cottages With Breathtaking Views Of Glacier National Park

These delightful and detached cottages comfortably sleeps 4-5 adults 7 people maximum. We have six similar cottages, all with amazing views. Please contact us concerning availability if this cottage is booked for your preferred dates. They each have two roomy bedrooms, with a queen bed and closet space. The cottages have a private bath with shower and tub. They feature a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor deck with gas grill. The living room includes a fireplace, a convertible queen sofa sleeper, A/C, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Because the view is a destination all its own, every room at The Cottages at Glacier has deck access and windows facing Glacier Park and St. Mary Lake. Owned and managed by the family that founded the St. Mary Village, The Cottages at Glacier (formerly known as the Pinnacle Cottages) are a cut above when it comes to visiting Glacier National Park in style and comfort. As we have five similar cottages, please contact us if the dates are booked for this cottage!

Perfect spot for a family of five
We stayed at the cottage at the beginning of Oct . for two nights. It was just what we needed. The view was marvelous and the cottage was cozy. The hosts provided all the info needed for check-in, and checked in on us the night we arrived. Our favorite thing about the cottage was the fireplace. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect Location with Awesome Views
We enjoyed our stay at this location. The cottage was clean and perfect size for a family of 5. It was close to the grocery store and right at the East entrance of Glacier. Will definitely be going back to this area and staying here again!

Wonderful GNP vacation!
Our family had a wonderful time staying at our cabin! The views were beautiful, the beds were comfy, the fireplace was warm, the hosts were helpful and friendly, and we had everything we needed. The access to laundry facility was key for our family after days of running and hiking. We really appreciated the bear spray to bring on runs and hikes. Our kids loved all the blankets to make a fort in the bedroom too!

Gateway to the Heavens
St Mary is a great place to stay to access the east side of the Glacier National. And the cabins are cozy and comfortable, and provide a breathtaking view of the park. I will definitely stay here again.

Great Location; Great Stay
Our stay at the Cottages at Glacier couldn't have been better! Our cottage was very clean and well appointed with everything we would need for our three-night stay in St. Mary and so close to the east entrance to Glacier National Park...We felt like we were staying in the Park! Nice furnishings, comfortable beds and what a view of the park from the deck of the Cottage. We would definitely recommend staying as guests of Sally and Terry's at the Cottages at Glacier and hope to visit again someday.

Beautiful and well maintained property
We loved these cottages as they provided plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out after long days of hiking in the park! The location was central to every area of the park and the cottages were clean and inviting! The view off the deck was gorgeous! We had an amazing stay and hope to come back again in the future!

Saint Mary Cottages
We had a wonderful experience at the Cottages and appreciated the fantastic views out the westward looking windows at the majestic mountains. Our cottage was Kintla and it was perfect for return trips from the park. Very comfortable and we enjoyed the space it provided. The cottage is taken care of well by the owners and Terry introduced us to the cabin on check in with all its amenities. The location is ideal as it is literally right outside the east entrance to the Going to the Sun Road. We used the fireplace one morning as overnight a rain at lower elevations occurred and we saw some snow capped mountains out the window which was a pretty sight as well. Highly recommend the Cottages at Glacier for a trip to Glacier National Park. Thanks, Terry and Sally! Ed and Nancy

Cottages at Glacier
The Cottages at Glacier are situated up a slope near the St. Mary Entrance to Glacier National Park with parking available at each cottage's front door. Beautiful views of the valley, and enough space between cottages to have a sense of privacy. Services are somewhat limited as restaurants and supermarket have shortages of food supplies and staff. Laundry facilities on site. Helpful manager Terry on site, and he was a pleasure to get to know. The noise at night from the bar down the hill was the only negative. These cottages were the nicest of all of the options available. We would definitely stay there again. A wonderful place to take off your hiking boots and rest awhile!

Great Place to Stay in St. Mary
If you want to stay in a place with a down home cottage feel and a view this is the place for you. We stood in one of the cottages for 5 nights while on the East side of Glacier. We loved the cottage. It had everything we needed and Terry/Sally were very communicative and easy to get hold of. You are basically only a minute from downtown St. Mary and the St. Mary entrance to Glacier National Park/Going to the Sun Road. GTTSR and the mountains it leads to are your view for the stay. Great sunrises and sunsets. Just be ready for the wind since you're right on the Rocky Mountain Front! It is also only about 20-30 minutes from the Many Glacier entrance to Glacier National Park. We loved staying here and will definitely be back again!

Great location for easy access to the park.
The cabin had a wonderful view of the park. Being there at the end of May, not many places in the area were up and running yet. We planned meals at our place and were pleasantly surprised with the little things such as sandwich bags and a stick of butter. The cabin was roomy for the five of us and we enjoyed eating our meals out on the deck taking in the view. Sally and Terry were very knowledgeable about the area and gave use great advice on were to go within the park to hike and see wildlife.

Fantastic Base for Hiking and Photography
A southerner who met up with 2 friends who live in Montana - what a marvelous place to come home to each night and enjoy talking about our hikes and the 100's of pictures we took. So relaxing and such a view! Can't praise this place enough.

The cottages at glacier are really great with views up lake Mary and the mountains. Inside they have everything you need for a great stay,plus lots of extras for cooking or BBQ. meals. Lots of local knowledge is given in the units. I would recommend staying here.

Ideal cabin in a perfect location
The Cottages at Glacier are in a beautiful setting, with easy access to Glacier National Park and all the area has to offer. Our cabin was spacious, clean, modern and supplied with every thing we could possible wanted or needed during our stay. Sally and Terry communicated with us frequently before our visit, and check in was a breeze. I have stayed in and around most of the "big parks" in the western US including Yosemite, Yellowstone, Grand Canyon, Mount Rainier and Canyonlands / Arches. The Cottages were the best experience of anywhere else I have stayed over the years. It was a memorable trip, hope we can return again.

Perfect cabin for exploring the east side of Glacier.
Spectacular view! The cabin was beautifully decorated and comfortable with a great view and deck access from each room overlooking St. Mary lake and the awesome mountains. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Bear spray provided for use during the stay. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and also a propane BBQ on the deck. Free use of washer and drier. Only negative is the gas fire place wouldn't work. We loved this place and will stay again. Watched a bull mouse in the adjacent pond from the deck one morning.

Outstanding stay at St. Mary !!
Have spent somewhere over 3,000 nights in hotels ! May not be The Penninsula Chicago, King George Paris, or Palace Hotel Madrid, but The Cottages are by far the best cabins I have ever stayed in ! Definitely 5 Star !

Located close to the east entrance to Going to the Sun Road. Our deck overlooked Saint Mary Lake, beautiful. Perfect two bedroom with full kitchen. Owner very helpful.
