The staff at the property were extremely nice and helpful. I would say that the snow could have been cleared more on the sides of the building, it became ice and I slipped several times despite being careful. I had to notify them about the mirror in the room being broken around the frame. Not a big deal to me but I didn’t want be charged for it. Also? No trash bags in any trash can in the room is just gross to me.

Very nice place to stay.
Perfect place to stay if you have pets. The rooms are big and comfortable. We liked that they offered both a hot breakfast and an evening snack/meal. The hot tub was great and much needed and it was in a very good area.

A friendly and welcoming hotel
The hotel was conveniently located next to the interstate, but you couldn’t hear the traffic, which was a blessing. The breakfast was a standard offering. Very comfortable, quiet room. Excellent, friendly service at front desk and in breakfast room.

Great place that comes with many happy customers. :) The pool is kept at nice warm temperatures for many to enjoy, so it was always crowded. The staff kept up with hot breakfast items, even though it was a lot of travelers. It may be due to the New Year, but the hotel was ready for the crowd (plenty of staff), so they either anticipated many travelers or has been used to being busy.
