The only downside was a card included with the key sleeve requesting tips for the housekeeping staff. Given the level of tip fatigue in the general population, I was disappointed. I really like Microtel and tend to lean towards them when traveling. I'm guessing that is a franchise level decision and will likely second guess using Microtel in the future.

Everything was very good except the morning breakfast area was too small for the number of people in the hotel. Too crowded in there. Staff did their best to keep up.

What a wonderful hotel! We are a family of 4 in one room. Everything was brand new, super clean! The staff was nice, breakfast is included. As well as a microwave in your room. The beds were so soft and cozy. Gym was open and we are able to use the laundry machines. Amazing hotel, I would highly recommend.

The hotel was newer and the staff was friendly but the rooms were hollow sounding and echoed and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. It also looks like it was decorated from IKEA. The rooms were clean though. It was a decent choice for a town outside of Montreal.
