I loved that the hotel had complimentary washer & dryer. That helped us out a lot and the male clerk at front was friendly and helped him print out some important documents.

Had to ask more than 9 times through out my stay there, to come and clean my room .only once they listend. I believe i should be credited at list one day for the inconvience and for becoming a very upset costomer.
