Beautiful in Bruges
This hotel is beautifully decorated and so welcoming it's like being at home. Our room was large, the bed huge and very comfortable. The bathroom a good size, the walk in shower was easy to use, no noisy extractor fan. No noise from other rooms. Breakfast choice is amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's also situated perfectly to get around the city with ease. Towels and toiletries are refreshed daily, sometimes unnecessarily, which is my only gripe.

Great location and staff, but building a little ti
Location is fantastic, with a secure parking. Very friendly atmosphere, and comfortable room. But the building is a bit tired, so it was also quit noisy and difficult to control temperature. Wifi not great either. Reasonable value for money, but needs updating.

Great hotel in wonderful central location. Lovely staff. Large hotel room and shower room, clean and comfortable . Wonderful breakfast with large selection. Nice to return at night to the lovely cosy bar area. Top marks for this city break hotel. Can walk to everything in Bruges centre and only a short taxi to station for coach or train, Would recommend this hotel and stay here again when we return

A lovely stay in Brugge. Ideally situated from the station and the city centre. Beautifully clean and well organised. Great breakfast (just missing a fried/poached egg), reasonably priced bar. Helpful knowledgeable staff.

Great location for the train station and for walking to and from the sights. Room overlooking the courtyard was quiet and very pretty view of Christmas lights below. BIG minus for me (a tea drinker) no kettle. Fancy expresso machine in room. Tried to use it for hot water but kept leaking and not enough water for the size of the mugs supplied. I thought the days of packing a travel kettle had long gone.

Perfect location for the Christmas markets. Breakfast was included in the price and was possibly the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Lovely staff, always smiling. There’s a little bar across the road called ‘yesterday’s world’ a quirky little place, serving the best beers!

Fantastic location. Only con was the smell. The lobby smelled a bit but it was covered by perfumed candles. The room wreaked of heavy duty chemicals. Tried to air it out but didn’t work. I’m sensitive to smells so that was a bummer but, again, the location is fantastic. Just a quick walk to all of the big sites in Brugge.
