We actually stayed at a different hotel from the group, the one we booked was sold out but expedia made a mistake so they transferred us. They let us know in advance and communicated very clearly.
We had a comfortable stay but I wouldn't say these hotels are 4 stars, more like 3 or 2. A funny moment was we went down to reception to ask for robes and the lady at the counter said yes the rooms don't come with them, you have to ask reception. We both had a moment of silence with me thinking aren't you reception and have I not just asked for a robe? Then she asked if I would like one so it was all sorted in the end. Breakfast was great! Many options and since we went early, it wasn't crowded at all. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable but for the rate we paid our expectations were higher. We didn't get to try the spa part though so maybe that would have made a difference.
