Great place to stay in jekyll!
This was our third time at the villas. There was a miscommunication between the hotels.com reservation to the property and we were initially assigned the wrong type of property. The manager immediately took care of the issue and was great! All staff were friendly and the condo worked perfectly. Compared to years past, this condo did not feel as clean as the others, but was still another wonderful stay!

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm hello. Although they were working on finding accommodations for another guest, the wait time was minimal. We wanted quiet and as much alone time as possible, and that's exactly what we got. The weekdays worked out perfectly for us. The shops were close by. We didn't find what we wanted but it was a nice area to check out. Good getaway.

The staff was very thoughtful and helpful and went out of their way to help you. The staff in the front office was pleasant. Had a smile on their face and laughed and had a good time while checking us in and out highly recommend.

Villas by the sea is a great place to stay. Clean and convenient to all Jekyll has to offer. You can walk from the villas to Driftwood Beach which is a must see.!!

The property was amazing. Its proximity to Driftwood Beach was such a bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Our family absolutely loved the entire villa and was begging to come back before we even left.

Property wa ma great for families. There’s a wonderful play area for little kids. The pool is great. Nice big area 3-8 ft deep. And a separate kiddie pool 1-2 feet deep. Plenty of seating around the pool deck. Check in and out was easy. Short walk to the beach but definitely check the tide chart. If it’s high tide you won’t have any beach to walk out onto. But other nearby beaches are larger and still have plenty of beach area during high tide. My only complaint about the condo (259) was that there was very limited parking on nights that the restaurant Driftwood Bistro was open it’s attached to the main lobby of the villas by the sea and as soon as it opened up for the evening, our parking spot in front of our condo would be gone which is super inconvenient especially being paying guests of the resort. Should do something about that. There’s no markings indicating that the spaces are for guests staying at the resort. This is really my only complaint but kinda a big one.

perfect for a little weekend getaway! we stayed in a studio room which was perfect for the 2 of us, the room was clean and stocked with what we might need. Pool was large with plenty of seating but we wished the pool bar was open!

The fact that its oceanside is amazing. The rooms are vibrant and makes you feel like your at home away from home. The Driftwood Bistro is 10/10. Perfect spot if you don't plan on leaving the island too much.

It was nice the weather just didn’t cooperate so if we stayed there again I would go for a room with a view of the ocean in case you get stuck indoors. We didn’t use the pool but went and looked at it seemed very nice. Also would like to stay when the restaurant is open so we can try that. Location was right next to Driftwood Beach which was really nice.
