The hotel is in a great location. Breakfast was excellent, only complaint is the tub would not drain properly, difficult to take a shower. Other than that the stay was lovely.

Feathers paradise
if you are sensitive to Down feathers stay away from this place. Not only do they assume you are not but if you do not make arrangements ahead of time they will not even swap your pillows for synthetic pillows. We arrived to this hotel not expecting this to be a problem, when we finally discovered the issue because our daughter was starting to have an asthma attack, we asked for the pillows to be swapped at least, they plain refused stating only the cleaning crew had access to them and they were already gone... Once our daughter started to have difficulty breathing we left, they charged us for the night and the manager refused to talk to us leaving his staff to apologize for the treatment! It is shameful for a chain like Mariott.

At first there was a probpem where Expedia showed we booked in their system according to the marriott front desk, but it did not transfer to the marriott system. Luckily they had a room to put us in but had to charge us so will follow up to make certain not double charged. The marriott is in Grand place which was awesome for the Christmas markets and their Light Show in Grand place. Very nice hotel we enjoyed our time there. Staff was very friendly as well.

A great hotel, welcoming staff, and a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk to the Grand Place and the Christmas markets and with a great variety of rastaurants nearby. It is well worth having the hotel breakfast, the variety and quality of options on offer was brilliant.

Really one of the worse Marriotts we have stayed at. No services no bellman’s no valet hotel parking was by far the worse rooms were dark shower door leaked water coffee maker did not work and when I asked for an extra bottle of water it took three request they are so European cheap no wash cloths even and the GM was rude and did not care. I will put my bill in for dispute but Please don’t stay their

Nice central hotel
The location of this hotel is great, very central and near lots of cafes and restaurants. Sadly the hotel wasn’t as great as I thought it would be after reading the reviews. Our family consisted of 1 adult and 2 children. We had booked a Superior King which came with an additional bed for my youngest. We arrived to no extra bed in the room, it was coming later in the evening. We only had 2 towels, 2 cups and 2 glasses not a room set up for 3 people. The room needed a bit of TLC, dents in the woodwork, the sink drained so slowly and the pressure from the shower was terrible. I expected more from the Marriott brand and the amount I had paid. Our view was out over the building work behind the hotel not a nice view. We were all looking forward to the breakfast as had read good things about it. But we were disappointed. The hot food was cold even the food that the chef had just brought out from the kitchen, you had to make your own waffles which wasn’t easy ours didn’t turn out very good so didn’t bother the next few mornings. The pancake mix was always empty and nobody around to change it. There were not enough staff, plates were piling up on our table and as a party of 3 most mornings we were sat at a table for 2 so was very cramped. We didn't spend much time in our room but it was good that the location was so central. A few things could be improved and it would make this hotel a fantastic place to stay.
