Horrible experience
We were checked into a dirty room, bathroom door handle came off and couldn’t be fixed, transferred into a smaller room which too was a connecting room, asked for an extra water bottle but was declined, transferred again into another room finally at 1am. Staffs were not at all apologetic and helpful. Only 1 staff was nice enough to help and she was amazing her name was Kathy. Beware of Night manager Adam and all others especially the tall red headed lady.

Nice hotel - easy for the train which is 10 minute walk away. Big room and comfortable although a bit noisy as right in centre of city and seems to be no sound proofing.

The hotel was lovely and clean, only issue is the noise from sirens from emergency vehicles making so much noise during the night, otherwise there were no issues with the hotel, I would stay there again. Location is good plenty of places to eat, shopping centre is opposite the hotel, and can easily walk to Grande Place. Metro is right outside the hotel too.

Beautiful property with well appointed rooms. Felt luxurious for the price we paid. Unfortunately on one day our room was not cleaned by the time we returned at 5pm and on two occasions our room door was opened by, I assume housekeeping, before 8am, waking us. However these were minor inconviences.

Great property, recently remodeled. Unfortunately Expedia or the hotel chain sent emails indicating the spa and pool were available when in fact they won’t be done until next month. Parking was hellish. Once it was located, trying to find the way back into the hotel was a maze. Shout out to the amazing staff who were beyond helpful and friendly though.

We have stayed here twice and both times were pretty nice, but we did have some issues with the rooms. On our first stay we had two rooms and one of them had a TERRIBLE smell from the bathroom. We called and asked for someone to come and take a look but no one ever came. I also asked for the room to be cleaned each day we were there (using the tablet and the little button near the door) but no one ever cleaned it during the 3 day stay. On our second stay we were put in a room that had no AC and was extremely hot. We kept lowering the temp but it would just turn back up on its own and run the heater. Someone came to fix it but could not so they moved us to a new room. The second room also had a bad smelling bathroom and the door handle on the bathroom door was completely broken. We didn't want to move again so we just dealt with it. The great things about this place were the location (easy to walk to the grand place and more), lots of dining options near by, great breakfast, really nice and modern gym, good views, fun vibe in the bar, and AWESOME staff. Every person we interacted with was super friendly and helpful and kind. I wish the quality of the rooms matched the quality of the staff!

Loved staying here for 12 days. Walked everywhere and close to anything you need with all sights to visit close by as well Staff was great except for one young front desk lady—- she was rude. Ignorance is bliss I ignored her. Bartenders were amazing Antonio will miss knowing you know how to make my drinks…. Always felt great being back to room. Housekeepers were great. All front staff too— gave me room earlier than check in time - which was a relief. Thank you Cardo
