Très safisfait du service, de l'hôtel et de la navette. Ma conjointe est très satisfaite de son plat de poisson. Le cheeseburger par contre n'aurait pas dû être saignant.

Great, except...
Everything was excellent except for the evening supper buffet. Two people in charge of the buffet. Since I know about restaurant business, these two were supposed to take care of the buffet and make sure it does not run out of food for the clients. Something they did not do at all. Had to wait at least a half hour for the main dish to come out again. I asked the manager if more of the main dish would come out and his response was basically, indirectly telling me to relax and it will. Like I said, it came at least 30 minutes later. Sitting there watching new clients come in walking around with their empty plates ,wondering where the main dish is. For the amount of euros you're paying, the buffet should not run out of the main course. That manager should be assigned somewhere else.

Nice and comfy hotel. The last shuttle from the airport is around 10:30PM, so if you arrive later, you are on the hook for a taxi (about 20 euros for just a 5 min ride).

El shuttle que ofrecen no estaciona en un área de fácil acceso para los pasajeros con equipaje, se tiene que caminar al otro lado de la calle y el hotel no ofrece ayuda para trasladar el equipaje ni al área de shuttle ni a las habitaciones. Deben indicar que no tienen estas facilidades.

Below average, but food was good.
Our stay was one night. The food and service in the restaurant was good. The room was dated and dirty, but luckily the bedding was clean. There are some things that are easy to fix. If a chair is that dirty it's better to not have a chair if the hotel chain cannot afford new ones (see attached photo). The "Art" on the wall is also not necessary... Maybe no art is better than some art. The bed wasn't very comfy but there was no noise so we did manage to get a sleep. €120 is very expensive for what we slept in.

Works well for an early flight
Check in was easy. Staff were friendly. The room (perhaps got the hotel.com special?) was clean but small and had a very strange layout - not like other Novotel I’ve stayed in. The restaurant was good but very busy and seemed understaffed. All in, with the free shuttle the hotel works very well for an early flight. I would stay here again.

Only option for food was a buffer at 33 euros. The bus arrangement is not great. I'd probably prefer to pay more and stay at a hotel closer to airport with an actu6 choice of food. It unreasonable to get a bid to this hotel to find there are no options other than 33 euros buffet.
