We booked this hotel through Expedia and requested a crib for our 4-month-old baby. There was no mention of an extra charge online, and nothing indicated we would be billed for it. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find an additional nightly fee for the crib, which was invoiced without any prior notice! Naturally, we refused to pay, as this information was never disclosed during the booking process. To our disbelief, the staff came to our room and removed the crib in front of our eyes, leaving our 4-month-old baby without a proper sleeping arrangement. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional

Great location, very clean and friendly staff
The staff was very friendly and the location was a short walk from all the tourist attractions. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and the room was clean and spacious. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and it was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff upgraded our room to the bigger room which in the corner separated from the other rooms which was so quiet. The staff are helpful whenever we asked them any questions. The breakfast was great with many selection. It is close to the central station and meeting place for tours.

Perfect Stay at a Perfect Location
Where do I start. I chose Pillows based on the fantastic reviews and I must say they are all true. The check in was quick and efficient, got an upgrade without asking, staff very friendly and willing to help, smell of reception always welcoming. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, the room is beautiful, bathroom awesome. The location is amazing. Just around the corner to Grand Place. Very easy walk. Loved every minute of our stay at Pillows. Will definitely stay here next time in Brussels and look out for the hotel in other cities. Thank you Pillows for the amazing time and the personal welcome note which I have never received in any of the hotels I have stayed. Please keep it up.

Room was very quiet but had almost no view at all due to closeness to adjoining building. Room had poor lighting and was too dark giving a depressing feeling. Room safe and mini fridge were difficult to access and use due to low placement in closet too close to side of bed. Glass shower wall was modern looking but lacked safety decals. Shower floor very slippery. Shower great however. Breakfast also great.

Very close to Brussels Central Station. Perfect location, easy check-in, luxurious bedding and shower products. Perfect resting spot after two long travel days. We only had a short night/day in Brussels and this hotel was ideal for us.

The Pillow hotel is very confident for the first timer in Brussels. The hot spot is walkable and it is within city centre, we almost do not have to take any public transport. The only thing that the hotel can improve is to have a power point inside the bathroom or next to the mirror, so that the guest can also blow their hair and check themselves. This is the only thing that the hotel is lacking.

Wonderful experience in Brussels
We had an amazing stay at the Pillows City Brussels. The staff were second to none, beyond friendly answering any questions we had with the upmost courtesy. Had a fabulous meal at the cozy restaurant. The hotel is wonderfully located minutes from the central railway station and wonderful restaurants in the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel.

staff are excellent. they go out of their way to help customers. location is excellent- right next to Brussels central train station. the biggest cathedral is also next to the hospital. pick up and drop off to Luxembourg/Dinant tour are walkable. can walk to important tourist places. building has at least 3 different facades, take note. it looks different from all directions. food is excellent like their burger, fries and ham and cheese!
