Good Stay and Close to everything
We had a good time. Staff were very helpful as our initial apartment had problems and they provided an alternative.
The property itself is very lovely- a beautiful view. We arrived to the flat which smelt off and had an unusually bad lingering smell. Opening a window luckily got rid of this. But when closed came back. We notice the bathroom did not look like it had been cleaned and found various hairs in the shower tub- we then followed to ask the man in the reception, notifying him of the bathroom and requesting for it to be cleaned. As we were on our way out to go explore he had said this would be done now. When we arrived back later in the evening- no cleaner had come and the bathroom remained in the same condition which we were not happy with. As we were leaving the next day we decided not to say anything further but we were not happy.

Two Days in Brussels
Very pleasant stay in Brussels. Extremely quiet building with friendly and helpful staff members Only a 15-minute walk to the historic center of Brussels. The neighborhood made me feel like I was back in the Middle East amongst friends.

Terrible WIFI and uncomfortable bed
This was an experience to say the least. When We arrived at the property check in was smooth and helpful staff. Huge room and adequate kitchen equipment. However within an hour of being there the ceiling in the bathroom started leaking and it had clearly not been the first time there was this issue: we rang support and they said give it an hour see if it stops. It eventually did stop after we mopped it out with our towels. The WIFI DOES NOT WORK, they tried fobbing us by saying they were having maintenance done but that is lie. So don’t expect WiFi. And bed is very very old and not comfortable. If they changed their beds and got WiFi I would reccomend.
The place was dirty, they don't have any maintenance for the building. Only one pillow, the bed is terrible and old. It's self checking, but the keys are available to any body on the building, so is not save at all. We actually didn't stay, it's a cheep apartment building in a dangerous neighborhood.

Do not stay at this hotel. Only 1 star because we can’t rate it zero. Dangerous area for pickpockets & we were robbed and injured opposite the hotel.
Hotel is run as cheaply as possible. Would not stay at a Smartflats hotel again. Almost every guest has trouble with the almost illegible entrance number pad which should be replaced. Instructions are vague, because you can’t read all of the button characters. Other guests had trouble accessing key security box as no one was on duty at reception. No one on duty in hotel from 6pm to 10am. Telephone assistance was inaccurate.
VERY slow internet.Only one of four elevators works. Only one person on the service desk to assist but didn’t when we asked for more toilet paper. He said the hotel had run out and more would be in “tomorrow“. It wasn’t, so we went out and bought our own from a nearby store. Bedding was okay but a spring in our mattress kept one of us from sleeping. Strange stains in the plastic shower floor. The drapes on the window did not reach the bottom of the shelf so we had to place jackets and bags there to keep the early morning sun out. A 1st floor fire escape door was left open one day, so anyone could have entered the hotel from neighbouring buildings. Go elsewhere.
Apartment was good However it was not clean! Neither were the public areas of the premises, tv never worked, one of two elevators never functioned. Balcony wasnt accesable as door to it was broken. Towels were not clean n very poor quality. No cleani g service dispate we stayed 8 nights, so we purchased a mid stay cleaning but no one show up n claimed they didn't have linens therefore they never showed up for the paid service (which we were refunded for) requested a second pillow was denied claiming request should have been made prior to arrival!!
The property dealer company does not have any method of communicating with their clients. Their mailbox is full, no phone number provided and no reception desk at the property so the clients cannot get in touch with them in emergencies or if another situation arises.
I tried every method of communication but was unable to reach to them. I would not suggest anyone to book accommodation with them.

Cozy bed but the shower leaked ans only has half doors
Terrible, dirty, lack of communication, unclear about many policies, many hidden fees, room service didn’t want to clean my room when I found hairs and stains on the bedding and bathroom
Overall good experience but had a few problems. Both toilet door handle were loose and came off, no soap and shower gel in main bathroom. Good space and amazing view of the city.
Had a lovely stay in this flat with a large spacious apartment and a comfy bed. It was close to the stariom and had easy access to the city xentre for everything we meeded. Would recommend this place
