Walking distance to most sites
We enjoyed this hotel in the midst of the old part of Brussels. It was a bit noisy, as the area has an active night life. We were able to walk to it from the train station and were able to walk to most of the museums and other sites that we were interested in. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, as well. And Chutneys (in the hotel) was great. We also had fun having drinks with new friends on the rooftop bar.

Wonderful location. Close to central station but quiet side street. Clean and very professional staff. We were able to relax after long day of sightseeing. Only wish the tub is more level for people who only shower. Very big step to get out of tub.

Great stay at Warwick hotel! Staff were very kind and friendly. We arrived early and they were able to give us a room. The rooftop terrace has a great view! Great location as well! Very close to Grand Place and Bruxelles Central station!

The hotel was excellent and the area in which it is located is a prime location, with the Grand Place and many restaurants, cafes and shops within a few minutes of walking distance. Regarding the VIP benefits, I don’t think I received other than a bottle of red wine (which I don’t drink), therefore it wasn’t something I can say I enjoyed

Hotel was in a great location, but unfortunately the room and amenities were not one of a 4 star hotel. Broken AC in the room, and regardless of asking staff 4 times, they wouldn’t acknowledge or try help fix the AC. When asked, they mentioned to “open the window, as it was cold outside”, which isn’t right.. we didn’t push or make a fuss, but disappointing regardless
