Overall it was pretty good. Only thing was as a Platinum (Expedia VIP) the breakfast wasnt included which expedia claimed in its terms. However, the staff was great and did offer a late checkout.

Great location right next to Grand Place and always toasty warm when you walk into the lobby from the cold! My room was adequate - good size, clean, comfy bed, nice bathroom however, the lighting was awful. No ceiling lights - only bedside lamps and picture lights. This made it very difficult to get ready in the dark November mornings/evenings. The shower was powerful, but either scalded or froze you! Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable place to stay with great value in the centre of Brussels.

Comfort in the heart of Brussels
This is a very nice property and is exceptionally convenient for getting around Brussels. The hotel restaurant is fantastic. The staff is top notch. The shopping is superb.

Rooftop is great up opens only at 5pm and they charge a fee (can later be used for drinks). It would be better to be able to access it in the morning afternnoon/aswell for free like other hotels.
