His was an excellent hotel! The staff was first rate. Helpful and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again!

Staff were very courteous and professional, the hotel was well-located, and the room was comfortable and absolutely spotless. I will surely return.

The reception staff were helpful especially with the parking situation, however it would be remiss of me to not highlight the state of the hotel in terms of facilties. All a little tired and broken, however for the price what would you expect. The photos no longer match as these were evidentally taken a long time ago and the condition has deteriorated. I didn't use the spa facilities so I cannot comment on those. But for the value, location, free parking and free breakfast you really cannot complain and this is exactly why I booked it, it's a pity that its becoming a little run down as it has so many bonuses to offer.

Great hotel in a vibrant part of the town - great vibe in the restaurant next door. Young staff who were very friendly & efficient. Street parking only but felt safe.

The surroundings are amazing

We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Good location right by the lake and it’s easy to walk over the border to the monestry heritage site. The room was spacious with balcony and had a fridge. The only negative was the curtains were very thin, so the room got very light early in the morning.
