This was one of a few hotels my partner and I stayed at in Europe over a few weeks, and unfortunate travel disruptions caused us to miss all but one night here - that was my only regret. The other hotels were nice, but this was far and away nicer.
Staff were helpful, understanding, and greeted us with refreshments in hand as we arrived only minutes before an excursion.
The room was a gorgeously-appointed truly unique room. The art was professional, but whimsical. The decor polished and histories, but casual.
despite the heat of the summer, were rooms were cool as well as spotless.
the restaurant that we stumbled in through the hotel after hot day then served me what I believe was the best meal of my life, provided by an attentive and very helpful waiter and attendants.
A morning walk of less than a block turns you around a corner at the base of the Wawel Castle. three blocks the other way takes you to the central square and cathedral.
I definitely would come back here.
