My room was extremely quiet. It was not facing the street so that was very helpful. The hotel was very conveniently located to the Blaha area from which buses and Metro leave . My room was very clean and really well situated. My only areas for improvement: 1) I bring my own coffee equipment so I make coffee every day in my room and the creamers and spoons were not refilled throughout my stay so I had to go to the front desk a few times. 2) And we had a miscommunication when I checked in about breakfast. When she pointed out breakfast on my card holder, I asked her if it was included because I thought it wasn’t and she assured me that it was. However I ended up with a bill for three $18 breakfasts at the end of my stay because it actually was not included. I was explained that because I signed for the breakfast that meant I understood I was being charged for it. I just thought it was a record of who is coming down for breakfast. Oh well. Overall would recommend just make sure you have a clear understanding about breakfast

Very happy

We had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – lots of variety, fresh ingredients, and something for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to rest well after long days of exploring. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The location couldn’t be better – close to everything, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The only downside is that the surrounding neighborhood sometimes felt a bit sketchy, with some shady characters around at night. It didn’t cause us any problems, but it’s something to be aware of. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel for its great comfort, service, and unbeatable breakfast.

Good stay

I had a wonderful stay at Est Grand Hotel in Budapest. The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with plenty of attractions nearby.

The staff were great, especially Ana, who attempted to get a dinner reservation for us but due to the restaurant being closed that night she recommended another place and booked us in - it absolutely did not disappoint. She also gave us great advise on the metro/transportation options. Would stay here again

Amazing hotel

The hotel was lovely and incredibly clean. All of the staff went above and beyond - both at reception and the bar. The rooftop bar was lovely and had an amazing deal for the fireworks including drinks and snacks. We will definitely be back for our next visit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so warm and helpful.The rooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. The only issue that we had that it was a bit noisy at night. Our room was towards the front of the hotel and we heard sirens, the tram cars, cars and car horns throughtout the night making it a bit difficult to sleep.

Great Hotel.

It is a very nice hotel. Very clean and excellent service. It is central in Budapest and I would highly recommend it. They also have a skybar so if the weather is nice you can enjoy a drink and relax in the sun.

We arrived at The EST Savoy Budapest. The Hotel was immaculate everywhere. The Staff at the Reception were friendly, cheerful and welcoming throughout our three nights stay. Our double room had an outdoor terrace. This bedroom was immaculate throughout. The bed had the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. The bathroom had the best ever rainfall shower we have ever experienced. The housekeeping staff were cheerful, and cleaned our room extremely well with clean towels every day. The breakfast was delicious and outstanding with a vast variety to suit everyone. I would highly recommend this hotel (our best ever experience) wow!wow!wow! FANTASTIC HOTEL!!!!!!!!
