The room was nice however the hotel only seems to run on 1 HVAC and the front desk told us the hotel can only be on heating or cooling not both. The room was so hot during our stay we had a hard time sleeping…the breakfast was okay however we wished they had more options available. The hotel also doesn’t offer any extra amenities like lotion, toothbrushes etc which was also a disappointment. The staff was nice, the hotel was clean and the area surrounding was great lots of restaurants nearby. During our last day though there was construction going on around the hotel that caused a power outage and we had to walk up 6 floors of stairs to get to our room and then 6 floors down with all our heavy luggage due to the elevators being out because of the power outage and the staff didn’t offer any type of help which was super disappointing. Not sure we would rebook this hotel next time we come.

Fantastic value for money, great location and lovely room. Lacks storage but all totally fine for a short trip and what you pay. Breakfast a little hectic but every breakfast service is. Food is decent though. Better to arrive early. Staff were wonderful

Excellent hotel! I would come back in a heartbeat. The only thing I’d suggest is that they try to fit a small bedside table into the room. We used a large window sill and made it work, and I know other room categories don’t have this issue. It was great!

The hotels location is good. Walkable distance to most of the attraction. There are a lot of good restaurants around the neighborhood. The room was clean but no refrigerator and kind of small. There was only one chair in the room. We had no place to sit, relax and do our own things. This is the only thing I dont like about the hotel.

Pros: We arrived early, the staff was very helpful in finding us a room. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has lots variety. We truly like the central location and modern design of the hotel room. Con’s: No in room safe. No coffee/tea maker, we asked for a hot water kettle but have to buy team bags. The shower door is transparent so feel lack of privacy when taking shower while another person is in the room.
