This hotel is in a great location to everything in city center! It’s also beautiful (especially at Christmas time!) and the room and staff were always very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to Budapest.

Overall my experience at the hotel was positive. However, I had some difficulty locating the parking garage initially and navigating in and out of it proved challenging due to cars parked on both sides of the entrance. Despite this, everything else during my stay was great.

The perfect hotel for a mini break in Budapest. After lots of research I chose this hotel for location and that was definitely the right choice. It is beside the Ferris Wheel, an underground station, a bus stop (Bus 16 takes you to the Budapest district) and 5-10 mins walk to St Stephen’s Basilica. Check in was smooth. The room was gorgeous, clean and quiet. We had a kid with us so the hotel provided a small dressing gown and slippers, in addition to the two adult sets. Breakfast is 6.30 to 11.00 was a long window to accommodate both business and leisure travellers. Great range of food. The bar is amazing with a great view of the Ferris Wheel. Wonderful cocktails. The service from all staff was 5-star. Wonderful hotel, recommend highly for anyone on a holiday to Budapest. Plus - we came for the Christmas markets and it is an ideal location. Only a couple of mins walk to multiple markets.

All was well but staff in spa should mind their own business. If i or my wife want to use the sauna in the nude we will do so. Just as the other couple did. If dome prude does not like it, they should leave.

Awesome place, stayed two nights pre- cruise. Attentive service, early check in. Comfortable beds, great shower, with slippers and gown. Plenty of drinking water. Area is central, walk most places. Close to public transport if need to use. Lots of eating places. Worth the money.

Clean & Centrally Located
The hotel was clean. Hospitality was very good. I liked that the hotel was centrally located. Metro subway is a block away. Also, we took the 100E bus from the airport and then walked a few minutes to the hotel. Close to many restaurants and shopping just outside. Walking distance to the Danube. Buses are near by.

The blue fox bar was very expensive. Costs were double as compared to surrounding bars/cocktail locations. They added excessive charges to the cocktails my wife had. I did not realize this until our second time there. I would not go there again or recommend it to anyone.
