Convenient location, just off Andrássy út and a few minutes’ walk from the Terror House. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very basic, but there was enough to choose from, and it was included in the room rate. Overall, very reasonable for the price. Would stay again.

The hotel layout was unique very old style. The room me and my friend stayed in very old , run down , dull , and even had ants in the bathroom floor too. TV was like a tv that was around before i was even born! Very Old and very fuzzy.. Lifts in hotel didnt all work. Breakfast was basic no fruit or veg options The staircase lights in the hotel didnt work half way down the staircase and some floors didnt even have lights so was pitch black at night. Only gave 1 glass in our room and didnt change the towels everyday either. Room door was very old and handle was hanging off. The toilet in reception was barely safe! The button to flush it was hanging off the wall! No safe in room The few good things about this hotel are.. We had a fridge Shower was good Breakfast service was decent Location was great by the metro Bed was ok But if im honest me or my friends wont be staying here again.

The bathroom smelled extremely bad. We had informed the staff and asked to change the room. They said it is smell of the cleaning liquids and will go away if we keep the doors open.There were some flies in the room everywhere. Terrible!!!!!!!!

Most staff at the front desk were unfriendly. The only way to get the room to a bearable temperature was to leave the air con unit on all night, which was so loud it was difficult to sleep. There was only 1 free plug socket in the room. The shower doors didn't close fully and the basin didn't drain quickly enough. The toilet seat kept coming off and we had to ask for more toilet roll twice. The breakfast was quite good and the rooms were cleaned daily, but that's about all the positives there are.

Likely better in cooler weather.
Sadly the air conditioning unit did not work for long, it went from cold to hot every few minutes. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom and the toilet leaked when it flushed. The breakfast and the staff were very good! I have never been to the city so I don't know if this is usual.

Hi I have stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I can’t explain what a bad experience I had No respect for customer No looking after customers No good breakfast No room service I was sitting in the lounge waiting area and talking on the phone the receptionist came to me front of other people and stat abuse language and says go out said and use phone otherwise I will cancel your booking and shouting on me I told him you’re doing wrong there is camera but he says I don’t care. The day and time is below 28/05/2024 at 21:30 to 21:50 I mentioned him I will complain about you but he didn’t care. And today I was just about to check out at 11 am and bit late 10 minutes the hotel staff open the out without care my privacy and says hurry up check out I am travelling around the world but never seen this kind of bad behaviour
