Our room had an infestation of ants in the bed and on the floor. My daughter got bit by an ant. Had to complain twice before we were moved rooms and that was after I showed video proof that I wasn’t talking about one to two ants crawling around the room.

Comfortable and kind hospitality
We really enjoyed our three-night stay; a large combined bedroom and living room area with a convenient kitchenette too. Superb mattress and daily change of towels. Quiet room and above all super friendly young staff who made our stay even better. Great value too and we will certainly return in September. A real gem, only minutes walk from down town as well as two minutes from nearest tube. Airport bus stop five minutes walk.

Very nice hotel. Location was good because parking was available at the hotel in under ground garage (call to reserve in advance and to check cost) and within a 10-15 minute walk to hustle and bustle of tourist stuff. Felt safe walking around at night. Kitchen was nice but lacked a turner and could have used a bit larger of a frying pan. But happy to have stayed here. Did not purchase the breakfast at the hotel.
