Place was clean, easy to walk to Knott’s and the staff was great. The pictures of the rooms are misleading, but the price reflects a nice motel which is ultimately what you get. No complaints and I would stay here again.

The room wasn’t bad but when you upgrade the shower rod shouldn’t be rusted and the grout shouldn’t be black. I wouldn’t consider it upgrade but would stay again.

The room was good. 3 adults and 3 kids slept comfortably, we had the 2 queens and a bunk bed at the time we stayed, there was a lot “I mean a lot “ of people hanging around outside in the hallways and the parking lot when we arrived up until the time we left. Smelled like cigarettes at night until morning. The trash cans was piled high full of trash. Good place to stay the night . A “sanctuary” for some?

The property is very conveniently located if visiting theme parks, convinience store and gas stations at a walking distance. Staff is nice and friendly. Room space was great for our party of 6, and having the bunk beds in a separate room was nice, didnt feel crowded. The only thing is furniture is very outdated, the AC is very noisy, and the curtains are not blackout.

Room was facing Main Street intersection. It was noisy. Room was very old and showed, sign outside said it was new rooms, maybe we didn’t get a newer room. Looks like they tried to paint over to make it new, made it look worse. The hotel door wouldn’t close properly. Had the do not disturb sign on each morning and the maid service still knocked because the sign fell off. Staff at the front were nice. It was a convenient walk to knotts. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend. Place was rundown.

I love that it was a couple minutes away from Knott's Berry Farm. It had a nice big fridge with a sink area and dishes. The pricing was not bad as close as it was to the theme park. I will definitely go here next time we come down.

Very convenient for Knott's trip. Within walking distance which was great. Property is pretty old and out dated but great for a quick trip. We went to Knott's Scary Farm and only stayed 1 night. Perfect and very affordable for this kind of trip. When we first checked in, we had no hot water but the gentleman at the front desk fixed the issue right away. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which you don't even get in more expensive hotel sometimes. Overall very pleased with our stay. Would stay again.
