Deposits are not on the up and up!
FRAUD! This is the second time my deposit has been returned to my account then a day later the hotel takes it back out! Please look over your bank statements to make sure you got your deposit back!

You get what you pay for.
Check in was easy and fast. The room smelled like extra strength fabuloso. The room was clean and the area felt safe. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom shower tiles are about to fall off the wall. The walking distance to Knotts was nice. This was definitely one of those places that you get what you pay for.

Walking distance from Soak city and Knotts but sad to say,, it’s an old Inn and don’t expect much clean.. reception and lobby is dirty - took so long for check in and no drinking water to offer. Very limited parking

Conveniently across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. Staff and manager are very friendly. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. No bugs at all. Will stay again.

The room had 2 queen beds and a bunk bed, a small kitchenette. a large room. Very clean and spacious. Across the street from Knott's and we left our car in parking space before we checked in and did not have to pay the $30 parking fee at Knott's

Faucets was leaking! Towels had a funny smell to them and not soft. Trash in front of our room for entire stay. Lots of furniture in the parking lot. Tv had lines in the screen.

Had to book a room last minute and glad we stayed here. The location was in a nice area close to Knotts theme park, spacious rooms and nice bathrooms. Definitely staying here again next time.

Sticky carpet
The hotel is old and dated. The carpet in our room was terrible and absolutely needs to be changed. It was sticky in spots and had old gum stuck in it. It was late when we got to the room so I didn't notice how bad they were until I took my shoes off and walked on it. It was like drinks were spilled everywhere and never actually cleaned up. Our view from the window was of a junk/storage area. Not sure what that was about... the rest of the hotel was as expected for the price. It was less expensive than a couple of other hotels we considered but the reviews and pictures made it look nice. You get what you pay for. The carpet alone was enough fo me to not stay here again.

Across the street from knotts berry farm the walk was close and easy we usually stay at knotts hotel but the rate for new years was ridiculous and we found this one not expensive but comfortable and close

This was an overall good place to stay that was very convenient, quick, easy and perfect location to Knotts etc. Everything seemed mostly all clean and orderly, although a lot of the workmanship of things wasnt pretty shotty. And you could hear people walking in the room above fairly loudly. But side from that, can't complain too much! Cause this was a good place overall for the price and the staff was very nice and made it super easy.
