No parking after hours. we were in a dirty room until we told the hotel owner and he changed us. The previous room had dirty dishes, pills under the bed , a broken window lock, hazard cords in the suite and a restroom lock that did not work. It was ridiculous and not worth it.

We arrive late for the first night my brother and I had reserved sane room same price. When we arrived his room was fine but my room was really bad, I’ll explain why. The ac cooler was doing laid noises the hole night I requested to change rooms because I wasn’t able to sleep and was denied so I couldn’t sleep all night next day I complained and nothing happened, was until second night when they provided a solution and swapped out the ac cooler from next door and it wasn’t noisy no more but it was dirty because it smell like mold and humidity so very unpleasant not just that room was dirty and even with my complaint they decided not to move me to another room.
Door was really kind of broken and was really hard to open and close

This is an individually owned motel. taking complete advantage of the location. Dirty, worn, unwelcoming, no money put back into this property. they should remove the words Best and suites from its name.

Rude customer service
Man at front desk was very rude when I ask for extra towels. They have a pool but no towels at pool area. So I went to front desk to ask for towels and he questioned why I was asking for more towels. We were staying in a family suite as a family of 5. I told him we all needed a towel for the pool and a couple extra for the room for after we showered. He was ASSUMING I was going to be taking the towels with me as he said they were going to count the towels after our departures. The mattresses are old and our back hurts you can feel the bed springs. PATHETIC!

Decent place for short trips
This place is in a prime location if you're heading to any of the stuff around Knott's Berry Farm. The check in staff was friendly. They do not serve breakfast which was a bummer as that had been part of the listing. The lobby is clean, has vending machines, and is dated. There's a good amount of parking for this property as well. The property is two stories with stairs. I'm unsure if they have an elevator to the top floor. We stayed in a family suite. The room's layout is... interesting. Kind of patched together and seems to have lots of DIY repairs throughout the room. The floors were newer looking vinyl which was great as we didn't have to worry about nasty carpet. The queen beds were rough though. One of the queen beds had hair under the sheets and the mattress kind of flopped over to the side when you laid on it. The bedding on that bed was also super itchy. The other queen bed seemed to be in better shape and wasn't itchy. The pillows were all very soft and uncomfortable, but if piled together with a couple or folded over in half it worked. The bunk beds in the "2nd" room are crammed into what must've been a small dining area at some point and has a kitchen sink, dishrack, and cabinets right next to the beds. Not the safest set-up if you're planning on leaving young children unattended in there as there weren't any visible child locks on the cabinets. AC units weren't the greatest, but we managed. Overall decent stay. Hopefully they're able to invest more upkeep in it.

There were stains in the bedsheets, shower curtain, and towels. We also got a couple bugs in the bathroom. We did not expect an extravagant room based on the price but we expected at least cleanliness.

The carpet in our room was so dirty that it made the bottoms of our feet and socks completely black and the mattress on the beds you can feel the springs all over your body when you laid down. Not a good place to stay for the price.
