Best thing about place is location, location, location. Across the street from Knott's Berry Farm and a Walgreens, very convenient. Property is dated, shower especially could use a refresh, stains on tub, thin towels, toilet paper holder coming out of wall, bunk bed very creaky. Water pressure not great. Parking lot gets very full at night so required to double park and block in other cars.

I loved that my family delux room fit us all in one room. Which saved me money. Anytime i needed something they were more than willing to help without delay. The pool was clean and i had a overall great experience.

Do not stay here. It’s remodeled but old and run down. Sheets were dirty. Bunk beds falling apart. Parking a nightmare. Cars piled behind and in front of each other. Couldn’t get out.

Chicken was a mess because they said hotels.com doesn’t have a sign up for our rooms properly. Once I finally got checked in, All was fine until checkout. Two hours after checkout, I got a call saying we stole a blanket from the room. We did not take a blanket! We would not want one of those nasty blankets.

Property managers seem to really care about cleanliness, room was clean and well stocked with fresh towels. Lisa greeted us warmly and answered all of our questions. Being next to two busy boulevards expect some vehicle noise. Just a walk from Knotts, so you wont have to pay for parking.

The hotel felt very old it had a funky smell the mattress was horrible the carpet felt dirt. They need to knock the place down and build a new one. For sure they need to update the place. I honestly felt like just driving home after I had my fun at Knott’s.

Skip and stay down the road instead!

Booked the family suite for 11 days. Knew it was a budget hotel but was gross! No breakfast, no toaster even though it listed one being in the room. Mini fridge and small microwave was all we had. Had a carpeted room that was absolutely disgusting to walk on. Within minutes your feet would be black!! Had to keep shoes on at all times. Sheets/pillowcases did not get changed for over 8 days despite maid service coming in. They turned off the AC anytime they did come in so it would be super muggy when we would come back. Sheets had holes in them. Mattresses were extremely old and lumpy. Bunk bed was extremely wobbly and not safe looking/feeling. Safe was broken and not usable at all. Bathroom was actually decent and spacious. No plugs for the sink or tub though. It’s old, the furniture is old. Many nicer budget hotels in the area to stay at. Laundry is down to one dryer and one washing machine as the rest are out of order. Machines are also old. Have to ask front desk staff for ice as the machine is locked. Pool was good, deep end was 8 feet deep. Directly across from knotts soak city, and easy walking distance to knotts berry farm. Walmart/Target close by. Would not recommend or stay again.
