We really like the big rooms example the front with the couch is great in the bedroom the main curtain was cut so the sunlight in the morning came through super extra bright overall cleanliness was really good bathroom was good overall stay was excellent... need another Ice machine

Hotel is super outdated, only one attendant for check-in. Room smelled like mold and cigarettes, dirty and stained floors. AC was on full blast and unable to change temperature settings. I was only able to have it very cold or off. Water dripping from the vents soaking the floors, Maintenance was called to fix issue but he wasn’t able to fix it. TV remotes didn’t work. Mold on shower tiles. Couch had tears on it. Closet door was rusty and unable to open.. pool had a light fixture sticking out cable cords sparkling and over heating so smoke coming out making it dangerous to go in. Water was very dirty. Horrible experience over all.

I Guess Third Time is The Charm
3-years in a row, with each year a little better...Between muddy elevators from loud kids in the pool (when they're working) or pot luck if our floors Ice machine is even dispensing ice, we've actually learned to expect these things now. I actually like it now, I must to go 3-in-a-row. Convenient location, walk to dinner, breakfast & of course Knott's Berry Farm & a comfortable bed to come back to after a long day in the park. Will be back.

Room was really dirty, floor sticky, curtains stained, old mold, the room smelled gross. The room was supposed to be for 6 people and they have only 3 towels, every time the we ask for more clean towels they only gave us 6 when they should’ve have at least 6. Pool full of hairs and water not clear. Area surrounding the hotel and inside common areas as pool super dirty. The place to get ice had an old, nonfunctional machine full of mold just sitting there. Just to name a few things

Everytime I needed the front desk I had to shout for someone and wait 20 minutes until a person decided to come out from behind the reception door. Also when elevators where out of order the receptionist wasnt nice enough to show me the stairs or even let me know that there was another elevator in the back of the hotel that worked. Which was an inconvenience since we had a disabled person and they placed us in the 4th floor.

From the photos on Expedia the property looked good. We go to check in and I am told our room was on the second floor and to take the elevator up, this was fine. However there were a total of 3 elevators, only one working elevator. The property was dirty and had trash in the planters, there was a building in the center of the hotel that looked to be at one time a restaurant, but sadly it was no longer there. The crew didn’t seem to take pride in their business. This location would be a great fixer upper and has a lot of potential. Great for investors, it should closed down and start over. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location anytime soon.

The pictures are SO misleading. Came late after Knotts berry Farm closed. Was just looking for a clean, quiet place to sleep for the night that was pretty. This was the OPPOSITE. The luggage cart was flimsy, noisy, and so old. The elevator had zero lighting! The only water in the room coming through the faucet my fellow travelers described as tasting like a cross between Jolly ranchers and sewer water. It was non-palatable. For three of us travelers we had one washcloth stocked in the bathroom. I had to look up the phone number for the hotel to call down to the front desk as there is no listing on the phone or anywhere in the room. When I called for sheets and blankets and pillows for the sofa bed, they said I had to come down and get them myself. When I got there, I was told there were no more pillows. The lighting in the room was bad, with one lamp not even working. Every bed was lumpy and old. The sofa bed was so bad—you could feel the bar in the center and the springs pushing through.. We ended up folding the bed back into a couch and putting the sheet on top of the actual couch. My back hurts this morning. But the worst part by far was a large group who were allowed in the central pool area…splashing and yelling till past 11 PM!!! I asked them myself around 10:30 PM if they would please be quieter. I was ignored. I finally called the front desk about it. The noise of this group lasted till past midnight. So unacceptable. The staff were polite but under staffed.
