We got the family suite and when we arrived, first thing we did was check the beds and to see how the sofa bed looked. The mattress had multiple large blood stains. It was nasty. I asked the guy at the front desk if he could help me and he said no, the only thing he could do was give me a refund. Being that we came for a long way and arrived at midnight, I didn’t want to try to find another room somewhere else. He ultimately switched me rooms after saying there was no other rooms. The one I was switched to had a sofa bed without large stains. We made it work but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The hotel is run down quite dated. You can hear everything in the next room. The door has a gap let’s a draft in. The cleanliness was average but not great. The bed was not good mattress was lumpy and the comforter was paper thin. The air conditioner was ancient and took forever to cool or heat.

Our room needed lots of attention.
Let me preface that this is an older hotel that they have re-named and are trying to refurbish. However, some rooms should be closed until they finish. We were there one night to do the Pirate Adventure Dinner across the street. When showering in the morning, I discovered what appeared to be wood rot and mold under an attempt to re-paint. Also, the tub had a dip near the drain that is wood rot underneath. There were lots of people walking around and doors open - making us feel that this was a facility used for voucher stays for homeless. I have no problem with that, but it makes for a noisy experience. The staff were arguing about policy at the front desk at check in - making me wait. For the price, I expected a little more.

We got there after a trip to Knotts. Checking in was fine and nice but when we drove around to our room there was homeless lady walking by the mattresses thrown out by the trash. Weird people getting ice. The room was clean but grimey. The people next to us were up on night having a hotel party and opening and shutting doors all night. Loud and obnoxious. Never again

Convenient stay but needs better cleanliness.
My partner and I recently stayed here while visiting Disney! If you don’t mind a 10-15 minute drive to the park, this hotel is a convenient option, and we didn’t mind it at all. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with great options to choose from, which was a plus. The room itself was just okay. The walls were very thin, and we could hear our neighbors from all sides. We also noticed piles of dirt and debris on the floor between the nightstands and the bed, and there were stains and hair strands on the towels when we first arrived. Overall, it was decent for the convenience, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Do not stay here
I turned around when I saw people hanging out like they live in this hotel. I did not stay. There were several people loitering in front of rooms smoking, drinking, and camped out in chairs. The property has old thrown out furniture strewn on the property. It also appears as if there is prostitution happening at this hotel and the employee at the front acted like he was clueless. I asked for the managers name and he gave me two names that are not managers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
