El hotel debería de quitar de sus amenidades o aclarar que el Parqueo está sujeto a disponibilidad, en mi caso siempre rento vehículo y busco hoteles que tengan Parqueo, fue molesto llegar cansado y que encima te digan que tienes que ver que haces con el Parqueo.

The first apartment they gave us, both heaters did not work. They took forever to get us a different room. We could not call front desk, we had to text via WhatsApp’s. Communication was not all that great. Although the food is great but The restaurant takes for ever to bring your food out. Our apartment did not have much pots and pans and very little dinner ware. The apartment they moved us to was much better and the over all stay was okay at the end. Will probably look elsewhere to stay.

Good customer service.
The front desk people are very nice and speak excellent English! We can exchange the currency and good rate. We wish the waiters know more English. The hotel Is in a great location and close the downtown. I will recommend my friends to stay this hotel!

Good hotel with intimidating strict rules.
Good hotel, with lots of restrictions which make us worry about so many things. You can’t bring food or drinks from outside, meaning you are forced to eat out or order from their restaurant. The hotel is good with spacious and clean rooms. Bathrooms could be better equipped with toiletries. Location is OK. Not very close to the main centre but is a pleasant 20 mins walk to get there. It has a good small gym. Take your water with you.
