Room was not as advertised in selected room pictures. Pole that holds the tv fell over me and bathtub was peeling itself Overall terrible.

Air-condition is not automatically, it's running whole night. The sink got water leakage. The bed is toooo small. The room is not as same as website, not even close.

The parking situation is not very good. They say that you can park on the street but that is only available after hours and you have to move your car before business hours start. Ended up costing me over $25 a day for parking in a designated parking area.

GRRREAT LOCATION TO OBLESKI & PLAZA de MAYO (All walkable) charged $18 for so- so breakfast. Overall food/drinks overpriced. Beds comfy, pillows ok. A few hotel personnel spoke English BIG PLUS!

We stayed twice at this hotel and the second time the room was a lot much bigger than this time. You can walk to a lot of places around the hotel, you can find anything.

The room was a superior room and it was really big with a great view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But they only gave us one bottle of free drinking water and we were two in the room. We called and asked for an extra bottle and they wanted to charge it. I think water must be free at least one bottle per person per day.

We loved the location and the staff were very helpful. It’s unfortunate the maintenance has not been great. Toilet seats are broken (in the two rooms we stayed) and tubs have been repainted with epoxy , which is starting to peel off.
