Excellent location, lovely hotel!
Pleno Madero was located in the best area to go explore the lovely area near the port as well as to walk to other attractions. Super clean, very comfortable king size bed, soft bedding and towels, delicious breakfast included and friendly reception desk staff.

The property is located in an excellent location, you can walk to Puerto Madero where it is full of restaurants and bars with a nice view of the river. Excellent attention from everyone at the front desk and the girls in the restaurant were always very friendly and attentive to what we needed.

This is a nice small hotel with great staff. They answered all my enquiries thoroughly and quickly. They were extremely helpful in arranging a driver to pick us up from our late flight at the airport. At the hotel, there are not really any stairs that you can use, so even if you are on a low floor, you have to take the elevator. Once you get to your floor, you will come out onto a square landing with 3 doors. It was pretty quiet. We did hear a bit of traffic, but when we woke up we discovered that we had slept with the window open, so check that. The best part was going down early for breakfast. When I told the girls that I am celiac and needed gluten free food, they were extremely attentive and brought out so many options for me, I couldn't possibly eat that much food. Such a great experience! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We liked that it was very reasonably priced, simple, clean accommodations nothing fancy we were pleasantly surprised with the included breakfast, which was quite plentiful with fresh fruit eggs made to order and other items the staff/front desk went out of their way to ask if there was anything we needed and if we were happy with our stay Very accommodating. The only downside for us was most of the things we wanted to do during our short stay we’re not very close so either had to walk 3 miles or catch a cab.

The service was good, as well as the property itself. Breakfast was very good and staff were very polite. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside is that I got a room connecting with another one. Although the connecting door was locked, one could hear everything that was going on at the other side. This was particularly unpleasant because, even if the people in the other room were not extremely noisy, I could hear everything that they were saying and doing, and I could not sleep.
