Nice hotel but very noisy
The hotel itself is really nice; the staff are really helpful and the breakfast is great. However, my room overlooked the main road and was incredibly noisy. There were deliveries outside, building works, beeping cars, at all times of day, and the windows did nothing to keep out the sound. The walls were also very thin so I could hear everything from the room next door.

Hemos estado muy jien, muy comodos excepto por las almhoadas que eran realmente diras y finas. Pero siempre estaba todo muy limpio, una temperatura muy adecuada y una super orientación

I didn't like the bathroom structure specifically the shower in which water comes off the shower to the floor. Also, the plumbing from the tub kept getting clogged up. Overall the hotel was great.

This is a 3 star Hotel the room they provide us was very humid, no extractor on the bathroom when I ask if they cam move us to a nother room they wanted to charge $30 USA dollars NOT RECOMMENDED

I’d a few quibbles with this hotel. Since I was a long stay guest - 11 nights - I asked for a quiet room. I was placed next to the elevators on the 10th floor, from which there was regular noise. Would it have been possible to place me simply at the other end of the hallway, which was quieter? The room was also difficult to get warm. I needed laundry done, just laundry - jeans, underwear, T-shirts. The service was fine if a bit pricey, and a pair of underwear were lost. Not a big deal, but wouldn’t it have been nice to at least offer a credit or a free drink or even an apology? There was no acknowledgement of my Silver Expedia status. But these are quibbles. On the plus side, the location is superb, great for walking, transit or retiro station. Lots of places to dine and drink. I used the gym several times. The breakfast is ample and varied, with plenty of breads and pastries, fresh fruit and cereals, hot dishes and great coffee! The staff are generally helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast servers, with passable English. Buenos Aires is truly the Paris of the South Atlantic and this is a fine hotel from which to explore it.

Hotel confortável, cheiroso, localização excelente perto de tudo, tem restaurante bem agradável na frente com espaços para trabalhar. Todos os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O café é razoável poderia ser um pouco melhor e as janelas dos quartos não são acústicas sendo bem barulho de noite para dormir.
