Our room looked into the courtyard. It was a nice inviting view if it wasn't cold outside. I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter is only 18 but they made an exception to let her check in (usually it is 21) she was not able to get to her dorm due to lake effect snow, the fact that they let her check in and stay was amazing or she should have been stranded

This property is old and requires a lot of improvements. The carpet in the halls and rooms was worn and smelled. The rear entrance door nearest to my room wouldn’t accept my room card. It looked broken.

We stayed at the hotel for 1 night before a Bills game. The staff was friendly, but it took a while to check in as there was a line up and only 1 person working. When we got to room it was fine, dated and old carpet but ok. The bathroom floors however were very sticky and goss. I had slides that I was wearing so it wasn't too bad, but it was still gross. Overall, I would recommend it, but make sure you have something to wear on your feet in the room.
