Great ranch - great privacy
We really enjoyed the Rankin Ranch - from the front porch, you can’t see any neighbors and it’s just you & the cows & horses ! The fishing hole is great too - I caught a 10 lb bass !! We highly recommend this place as a nice getaway for the entire family!!

Early Easter With Grandbabies!
The property was perfect for a little extended weekend getaway. The house is cozy, and my grandchildren enjoyed watching the cows and the horse. My son lives in a neighboring town and he and his family came out and everyone went fishing and enjoyed a back yard bbq! We will definitely make this a yearly visit!

Quiet pasture setting-very enjoyable
The property is quiet and very enjoyable. We were traveling with friends and family to a local Jack Russell Show. The area around the house was fenced in and was a great place to let the dogs play ball. The house is very nice. Something I could call home. I would recommend having mirrors in the bedrooms for the ladies to put on their makeup. Places in the bedrooms to put their suite cases on. Wash clothes - couldn't find any, and check the propane tanks to make sure the grill is usable and clean the grill. I hope we will be allowed back and we come to the Jack Russell Trial each year at this time.

The house was perfect for our sales team retreat. The modern kitchen and Texas aesthetic made this a true gem. The property manager was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We even had an adventure with Gus!

Really nice place to stay if you want to be out in the country. huge family reunion and couldn't have asked for a better house, location and lake! Clean, well maintained, Impossible to be bored at any age. Owner was incredibly attentive and helpful. We loved every minute and can't wait to come back again! This property completely met my expectations. Excellent outdoor spaces to enjoy the evenings. Also fenced in yard that's great for pets. Our family had an absolute blast exploring this great property. Highly recommended! Will come back again! I don't know what else to say! This is an absolutely perfect home and property! The host is fantastic as well!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this country living home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the scenic views and looking at the livestock. The home was very modern and clean. We'll most likely be back when we come to town.

Excellent country getaway!
This property was exactly what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. It was relaxing and fun to walk around the large property. The cows, horses and donkeys were a winderful addition. Cecil was very response and helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend and we plan to return in the future.

We had a good time on this farm. The outside view and experience were terrific. We liked watching the sunset and the cattle on the hills, and the kids liked petting horses. The farmhouse was lovely and had plenty of room. We had a couple of comments, and Cy was very nice and responsive. He took a long ride in the night to the farm to fix the issue. We will definitely be back.
