The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had a few needs that they were able to handle quickly and with a smile. I left my computer in my room and they locked it up until my return. I'm very grateful for their care and communication. Thank you all!

The rooms were dirty, dusty, unkempt with the refrigerators barely getting cold. I ran the shower for my 7 y/o to get in and the faucet fell off into the tub revealing what looked like years of mold and mildew build up. Then changed to a room with the door unable to lock, no phone and one working light bulb in the room (bathroom had light), then changed to the 4th room which was dirty, cardboard was folded and checked into the fridge cabinet to keep is closed and very dimly lit. The first room I was sent to I had no access to get in because it was occupied by another guest. I was deeply disappointed by the Hampton Inn. I booked because it’s so close to the airport but I will definitely not be staying here again. Staff was nice though.

Had a weird cleaning smell that was really strong like they were trying to mask a different smell. The beds were so loud. You try to move a little in the bed and it creaks. Dirty foot print on the headboard.

Room was clean, comfortable beds. Staff was friendly and professional. The bad. Our room (216) had basically zero sound proofing. Every step and movement above us sounded like a major construction project going on. Luckily the people above us stopped moving at 11pm but at 6:00 on the dot loud crashing noises again. It made our stay less enjoyable unfortunately.

From arrival to departure staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The shuttle service provided made my turn- in of my rental car easy by providing a ride back to the hotel. The shuttle drivers were prompt, pleasant, and courteous. While not a 5 star hotel it provided a pleasant atmosphere and clean accommodations for a reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel and would use it again if traveling thru.

Convenient to airport. Stayed four days no housekeeping completed by hotel. When checking in overheard customer asking for housekeeping to be completed. He was told they only do it every two days. He was not happy with the answer. I now know why since they never stopped at our room over a four day stay
