The service and people working here was more than amazing! I’d recommend this hotel to just about everyone who will ask me where is a good place to stay in buffalo. Not only were they nice the service was impeccable! They even gave my sister a gift for her 21st birthday which we were there for. Loved my stay overall 100/10

The Westin is located in a great part of Buffalo. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas of what to do locally. The fitness center has 3 Peloton bikes and numerous other equipment. We would absolutely stay again.

My recent stay at The Westin in downtown Buffalo was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warm welcome and a glass of champagne made me feel special and set the stage for a memorable stay. The amenities are top-notch, especially the state-of-the-art gym, which made my workouts enjoyable and convenient. The dining options are equally impressive, with a variety of delicious meals available at the on-site restaurant. Overall, The Westin Buffalo exceeded all my expectations. With its excellent service, luxurious amenities, and prime location, it's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting downtown Buffalo. I can't wait to return!

Overall the hotel was clean and in good condition, and the staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't love was the lack of coffee available in the lobby in the mornings, and the restaurant is closed during part of normal brunch hours on the weekend from 10 until 11:30, which is a bit odd. However, parking was easy and there were plenty of great nearby restaurants.
