The overall condition of the property was average. The rooms were clean, but you can hear other guests and staff in rooms around you. The location was not ideal for downtown with very few options for restaurants. If you are a walker, you must bring your walking shoes.

A Buffalo Gem

Room clean and comfortable/ staff pleasant and informative. Quite convenient to the hospital which was the intended purpose of the visit. I’ve stayed in this hotel a few years ago and the quality and convenience and consistency are a welcomed benefit in a time when and where hospitality has declined.

This property is within a medical center/hospital area. They offer valet parking. They have complimentary breakfast however the set up looks temporary as in maybe they had or will open a restaurant/cafe. It was okay for the purpose of our trip which was to visit the Niagara Falls and do some sightseeing around Buffalo for a day.

Would not stay there again! The bathroom had hair from previous person on the shampoo and in the soap dish. Also, I stayed 2 nights and the linen was not changed at all. I should not have to ask.

An Alarm went off at 5:30 AM in Our room on their stupid phone. Idk why that would happened but that is the worst thing ever. The front desk had no idea why either so that wasn’t helpful. Before that there was a group of people on our floor shooting the breeze with each other like it was a bar or something until 1 am. I asked the front desk to break it up, they didn’t. The hotel is nice, the extras I can do without.

Free valet parking was a nice touch. Room could have been cleaner, I mentioned to front desk and they acknowledged. Great location for us. Free shuttle for nearby errands, though we didn't use it.

I felt area to pull in was very small. It was very tough pulling in to check in and there wasn’t any thing to put luggage in to take out of car so they could park it. It is smack on top of other buildings not a lot of outside areas to sit. Lots of spiders in room too.
