The stay was perfect. Hotel staff at the front desk were unbelievable- giving us recommendations where to have dinner, what to see, and all we needed to know before heading to the Bills game. The shuttle that is offered is unlike any shuttle service I have experienced, picking us up and dropping us off anywhere we wanted downtown. I also have to mention that the breakfast in the morning was a nice treat. All necessities were there. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay and will stay there again. Thank you.

Amazing service and beautiful room! Small thing, very loud toilet.. flushing at night woke up the others in the room. But again such amazing service it didn’t matter!!

Great stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite. It had so much space, a full kitchen, a living room, and a private bedroom. The best part was the complementary shuttle. It saved us so much time and money compared to uber. The staff is very friendly and gave great food recommendations. In terms of walk ability, it isn’t around restaurants, just the hospitals. However, the shuttle makes that part not an issue.

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service was amazing! The staff were helpful and friendly during our stay including the chef during breakfast. We availed the valet service as we had to go in & out of the property. I don’t think they actually removed our car from the guest ramp so it was pretty convenient.
