Lovely hotel close to old town Sarajevo that has modern amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I had during my stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I highly recommend Hotel Sana for the staff, breakfast and proximity to the old town.

I had a great stay very close to old town Sarajevo. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, including calling taxis and offering restaurant recommendations. The included breakfast offers a good assortment of options. The only negative was that the rooms are not well soundproofed, so you can hear guests in neighboring rooms. Aside from that, a really good value for money, clean accommodation close to old town, and really friendly staff.

service from all hotel staff was super friendly, helpful and courteous, breakfast had a good range of choices, room was clean, lovely and spacious, heating worked perfect, bathroom was clean and the perfect size, location was great at short walk to the old town

Great historical hotel with a unique design. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The only drawback is that there's no iron on the room, you can only order ironing service.
